Clubhouse

The COSC clubhouse totals 6000 square feet on two levels. The upper floor is carpeted and features a large hardwood dance floor, and restrooms. The lower level has a tile floor and contains a full kitchen and two more restrooms. The clubhouse is available for weekend rental for meetings, parties or receptions. The legal capacity is 250.
