COSC is a family oriented conservation and sportsman's club in mid-Michigan, located 15 miles west of Lansing. 3-D Archery Fall Leagues will begin August 10th and run 6 weeks. Cost will be $8.00 per week for COSC members and $10.00 for non-members. The extra money will be used for awards and prizes. If a member is not able to shoot on a designated league day, a round may be shot any day during the week. Signed score cards and round fees will be collected weekly from the pay pole at the range enterance. League scores will be psoted on the Website and in the Newsletter. The Bow Hunters Bash will be held Saturday September 27th. Registration will take place from 8 to 9 am and a shotgun start will be at 9:30am sharp. Cost to participate is: $10 for youths $15 for Hunter Class $20 for Open Class All prizes are cash payback. Come out and have some fun, and bring lots of friends! Junior Highpower Shooting will be held every Monday, beginning 5/5/2008 and ending 8/25/2008. (Sessions will not be held on 5/26, 7/28 or 8/4.) Practice and instruction will begin at 5:30 PM and end around 7:30 PM. For more information, please call Jim Stewart at 517 646-9763.
